Corruption in India is a major concern. A study done by Transparency International in India found that more than 75% of the people had firsthand experience of paying bribe or peddling influence to get any type of job done in a public office. Criminalization of Indian politics is a major setback as well as a serious problem. Government officials having discretionary powers in awarding contracts engage in preferential treatment for selected bidders and display negligence in quality control processes.Corruption is very much prevalent in many departments in the state goes on like Politics, Bureaucracy, Land and property, Tendering processes and awarding contracts, Medicine, Science and technology, Income tax department, Preferential award of mineral resources, Driver Licensing, Claimed trends, Black Money ,Black Money in Switzerland, Judiciary, Armed forces, Right to Information Act, Anti-Corruption Laws in India, Anti-corruption police and courts,
Anti-corruption organizations In 2012 India has ranked 94th out of 176 countries Corruption .Crude estimation, these corrupt officials constitute at least 90% of all the officers. Nearly a fourth of the 540 Indian Parliament members faced criminal charges, “including human trafficking, immigration rackets, embezzlement, 6rape and even murder”. Taxes and bribes are common between state borders; Transparency International estimates that truckers pay annually $5 billion in bribe.
1 Pray for the corruption free administration in the Nation.
2 The political leaders who can follow the principles sincerely to serve the people only be elected.
3 Pray for a change in the mind set of the people as well as politicians, who consider black money, bribes and payoffs as the norm and as perks that come with a government official’s job.
4 Pray for a change in mind and heart for all the people who regularly pay bribes as a matter of course to get their work done.
5 Pray that people will give up practice of giving and receiving and find honest ways to earn a living.
6 Pray for Big Business Magnates, who lobby for certain laws and policies and pay huge bribes, no matter if they harm the poor, just to serve their vested interests.
7 Pray for politicians and senior government officials, who use their senior positions to strike deals and make their personal fortunes.
8 Pray that eyes of people should be opened who are involved in corruption.
